maitenance.

wood siding and come with extended warranties

paving schemes will reduce or elimiate runoff due to impervious (watertight)
surfaces. By designing driveways, walkways and patios that allow stormwater
runoff to infiltrate into the ground, the impact on aquatic systems
is minimized
- Rainwater
collection can be a free source of irrigation water. These collection
systems are designed for irrigation only.
